There is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work within the Recruitment department of

The Allsopp & Allsopp Group reporting directly to the Recruitment Director, based from our Office in Control Tower, Motor City, Dubai.

Salary Range: AED 8,000 + Commission (AED 15,000 to AED 25,000 OTE)

Once promoted to Senior: 35,000 to AED 45,000 OTE

Hours:Full Time

Location:Dubai

Your Role:

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods such as social media, job boards, internal database and networking
• Screening candidates via phone, email and social media in a professional, confident and friendly manner
• Shortlisting CVs
• Advertising jobs online through our bespoke media buying platform
• Sourcing suitable vacancies for our vast database of candidates
• Networking, socially and face to face
• Maintaining the recruitment and human resources database
• Diary management
• General administration

Required Experience:

• Previous sales experience either over the phone or face to face
• Target driven
• Money motivated
• Excellent communicator
• Persuasive
• Exceptional listening skills
• An excellent work ethic
• A valid UK driving license & own car
