We are currently seeking a:
Permanent Part-Time Receptionist – (Central West – Malton Clinic)
Shifts: 11AM – 7PM Every Other Weekend (Sat, Sun) and Stat Holidays
Location: 7330 Goreway Drive, Mississauga
Training will be provided 1 day during the week (day to be determined)
What will be your role?
This is a 100% on-site role and will be responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls and visitors to the clinic. This includes receiving and redirecting calls and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. You will also assist the nurses in stocking the rooms with supplies and other administrative tasks All activities are conducted within the policies, procedures, and standards of confidentiality of VHA.

Key Skills, and Responsibilities
• Secondary School Diploma combined with two years related work experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of general office procedures and computer usage
• Experience using database software for reports and data entry, schedule review
• Experience with Windows and all standard office equipment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Demonstrated commitment to client and family centered care
• Demonstrated efforts to continuously develop and upgrade skills
• Demonstrated efforts to achieve personal and organizational performance targets are required
Am I qualified?
The position requires a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of related work experience. Skills in general office procedures, computer usage, database software, and proficiency in Windows and standard office equipment is expected. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills are essential, along with a commitment to client-centered care and continuous skill development. Meeting personal and organizational performance targets is also required.
