We are looking to hire a Front Office/ Receptionist for a Leading Semi Government Real Estate Developer in Dubai.

Job Location: Sheikh Zayed, Dubai Salary = AED 13,000 (Monthly) + Yearly Tickets + Insurance

Work Timing: 8:00AM – 4:00PM (Monday to Friday)

Skills: Proficiency with Windows Office Programs Advanced Business Correspondence Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong attention to detail Work well under pressure Teamwork Ability to work without supervision

Below are the duties & responsibilities:

Exhibits warmth & welcome, meets & greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, assists and/or directs visitors to appropriate person.

Maintain Up – To Date Communication material & Brochures.

Standard greeting etiquette Maintain image in terms of organized workstations/look & hygiene in the reception area/customer wait area.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong Communication Skills

Presentable with strong customer service skills.

Computer knowledge is a must

Customer Service / CRM skills is an added advantage
