Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as a Projects Coordinator at Earth Hotels. The Projects Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various hotel projects, managing timelines and budgets, liaising with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

Key Qualifications:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in hospitality, architecture, or design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote
• Project Management, Time Management, and Budget Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

This role involves a balance of administrative duties and direct project coordination, supporting various phases of Earth Hotels’ unique hospitality concepts.
