Project Manager (Construction Consultancy) – UK Lead

Fluent Spanish/ Portuguese Speaking required

Remote – Willing to travel to visit sites

My Client are a Spanish construction consultancy who help their clients deliver projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, be client facing as well as be able to manage multiple buildling projects form both a production and commercial point of view.

This role will work closely with contractors to deliver the projects ensuring minimal delays, hold ups or issues on site as most projects are fit-out and require strict deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the lead for the UK projects. Part of this role will require attending the Head office on the east coast of Spain occasionally a few times a year
