As a Poker Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing our Multi-Table Tournaments (MTTs). Your responsibilities will include not only the creation and management of these tournaments but also ensuring their seamless execution. You will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate and communicate the MTT agenda, strategic plans, and any updates, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep understanding and knowledge of poker
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of managing online gaming tournaments
• Familiarity with online gaming platforms and software

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining Multi Table Tournaments (MTTs)
• Liaising with different departments regarding MTT creation
• Ensuring the smooth run of all MTTs
• Addressing any issues or queries related to MTTs
• Continually improving MTT procedures and processes
