As a Retail Host for the Retail Experience team, you will have a fulfilling career upholding standards of client experience & operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional and memorable experiences that foster affinity to the Monos brand
• Demonstrate profound product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations
• Navigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and positive manner, turning challenges into opportunities to showcase Monos’ commitment to their experience
• Be a collaborative team player, contributing to the overall success of the store
• Foster a positive and supportive working environment
• Provide feedback that will enhance the team and customer’s experience
• Execute day-to-day store operations with excellence, including POS transactions, store maintenance, and product management from receiving to presentation
Experience Level
• 1-2 years experience in retail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with store team and customers
• Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
• Must be able to work flexible hours including early evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Bonus points if you have skills in:
• Hospitality or similar industry experience
• Shopify
