PCNix is looking for a part-time computer technician to add to our work force.

Duties and Responsibilities

Technician will be reporting to Technical Supervisor on daily basis. Technician will be primarily required to fix inbound client computers with regular field projects such as on-site repairs, computer pick-up and delivery. Additional duties will include attending to inbound clients in the office, over the phone, online chat and SMS messages. Further duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

The Computer and Network Technician should have A+ certification and / or College Diploma and one year experience. Must be able to lead this type of project with minimum supervision. Familiar with computer software related to social assistance programs and must have excellent communication skills.
