Role Overview: HR Factory is seeking a part-time Business Development Consultant currently based in the GCC region to assist in acquiring new business leads for both HR Factory and its affiliates. The ideal candidate will utilize their existing network to identify potential partners and clients, engage with prospects, and facilitate connections to drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of remote team services from Lebanon, in both non-tech and tech sectors. Key Responsibilities: Scouting for Potential Partners: Utilize personal and professional networks to identify potential partners who could indirectly contribute to the business development efforts of HR Factory. Identifying Potential Clients: Identify and evaluate potential clients within your network who could benefit from the remote team services offered by HR Factory. Engagement with Prospects: Initiate conversations with prospects to assess their interest in hiring remote teams, for non-tech or tech roles, with a specific emphasis on talent from Lebanon. Facilitating Introductions: Facilitate introductions between HR Factory and interested prospects, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of services offered. Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the GCC region.Experience in the GCC innovation/startup ecosystems Strong networking skills with an established network in the GCC business community. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and effectively convey the value proposition of remote team services. Familiarity with the tech industry and remote work trends is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
