HR Reward/Data Analyst! £60,000-£65,000 Pro-rota Part-time-3 days per week, 2 days office and 1 day home working About the role Are you passionate about HR data analysis and now seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity? With this newly created role you could have the opportunity to take the Summer off and then have new part-time HR Reward/Data Analyst position to start at the end of the Summer period. You will work in a small dynamic HR team at this leading corporate company nestled in the heart of the City, you’ll embark on a fulfilling journey where your Reward/Data Analyst expertise will shine. Position Overview:

As a Part-time HR Reward/Data Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in driving their HR initiatives forward. Reporting directly to the Head of HR/People, you’ll immerse yourself in data reporting, compliance policies, and ensuring top-notch data quality and analysis. Work Environment: • Part-time basis: 2 days in-office, 1 day remote • Prime location in the heart of the City Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the HR assistant to input new starter information • Assist in preparing annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and profit commission spreadsheets •

Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate capture of adjustments • Serve as a primary contact for Cascade Payroll and other data systems • Conduct benchmarking surveys • Support completion of market policies and practices, including gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting About You: ” Proficient in file and data management ” Strong organisational and HR/data analysis skills ” Knowledge or Regulatory/Reporting ” Thorough knowledge of company /compliance policies and procedures ” Strong planning, communication /interpersonal skills required ” Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: Cascade experience is a plus or experience of other HR Data systems This is a great opportunity for an individual that possibly is in a similar permanent role ,who is now looking to reduce Days and hours to work in a Part-time position
