About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Sales/Revenue Operations Manager who can double as the Chief of Staff to lead our revenue generating activities and to optimize the sales performance. This role will report to Co-Owners and be held accountable for the procedures in the organization. The Goal of this role is to improve customer experience at all levels while increasing revenue, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and take overall responsibility for the teams that provide customer service and packing and delivery of finished goods to clients
• Redefine and implement processes throughout the sales and support teams
• Manage all processes and ensure they are adhered to
• Provide input, support and guidance to help company achieve “on time” delivery of goods
• Oversee inventory management
• Oversee fulfillment of outbound customer orders
• Build rapport with vendors for purchasing of materials and parts
• Manage client relationships
• Oversee Purchasing, Customer Service/Inside Sales and Warehouse/Distribution
• Oversee all training and provide ongoing training to all employees

Qualifications

  • Post secondary education in a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in operations and customer service
  • Experience with leading customer service and fulfillment teams, experience working in a B2C environment.
  • Experience in creating policy and procedures and ensuring all team members follow the company’s policies.
  • Strong knowledge retail distribution
  • Experience with ERP systems
