Freddie Mac is currently seeking a dedicated and confident Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
3. Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and product returns.
4. Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
5. Conduct research to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
5. Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
