Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at ADP in Dubai. As an associate level position, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process through online platforms. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

– Review and reconcile online accounts receivable transactions
– Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices
– Prepare and send out invoices to customers
– Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with accounts
– Communicate with customers regarding payments and account status
– Generate reports on accounts receivable activities
– Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in online accounting software and Microsoft Excel
– Experience with online payment platforms is a plus
