We have an exciting opportunity with a leading digital customer experience agency, working with a wide range of global brands. Are you a Digital Strategist looking to work with forward-thinking clients on some exciting projects? Here’s your chance.
As Digital Strategist you’ll play an important role working alongside other strategists, UX consultants and data analysts to utilise consumer data and unearth new opportunities. You’ll understand and shape user behaviour for clients, getting a deep understanding of the brand and their goals.
Staying up to date with industry trends is vital to the role, being able to utilise a range of channels including web, social and email for unique customer experiences. The Digital Strategist we’re looking for will be someone who is great with clients and has a lot of knowledge across digital, UX and CX. Are you the Digital Strategist we’re looking for?
Below is what you’ll be working on as Digital Strategist:
• Delivering market-leading experiences for customer journeys
• Collaborating with clients, strategists, data analysts UX consultants and other stakeholders
• Lead internal strategy presentations
• Interpret statistical information to advise strategically on UX and content improvements on client web / app platforms
Here’s what they’re looking to see in this Digital Strategist:
• 3+ years’ experience in digital strategy / CX / UX
• Confident creating and co-ordinating multi-channel strategies
• Experience with customer journey optimisation across all digital channels
• Passion for digital technology and the use of strategy
• Great interpersonal skills
