Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop process packages, including specifications, datasheets, and coordinate with engineering team for design calculations for various equipment.
Evaluate vendor proposals and participate in technical bid analysis to select suitable process packages that meet project needs
Work closely with other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, etc.) to ensure integrated design solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to teams in the evaluation, selection, and optimization of equipment and systems.
Lead and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet project goals.
Negotiate contracts, manage vendor and client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ensure that all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Ensure that all design and equipment comply with relevant international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and client specifications.
Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections to guarantee equipment performance and reliability.
Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical data, and project records.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and field personnel, to ensure project success.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
