Marketing Coordinator – Salford Quays (Flexible hours)

Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Coordinator based out of our offices in Salford Quays, with flexible home working and hours.

Marlowe Fire & Security’s Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with Marlowe Fire & Security’s experienced marketing professionals to support the development and execution of marketing strategies. You will assist with a wide range of tasks including market research, content creation, social media management, event coordination, and campaign analysis.

• Support the department with scheduling campaigns, coordinating efforts across full mix of marketing
• Assist with campaign execution and the handling administrative duties.
• Coordinate social media accounts, updating content calendars and ensuring all marketing materials are in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the organisation of events, product launches and campaigns.
• Support businesses on creation of tender ppts and bid proposals.
• Collect data from marketing campaigns and analysing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Create Monthly Marketing Report’s.
• SEO – from keyword tracking on SERPS to the implementation of action to improve ranking (training provided if required).
• Design
• Coordinate equipment and branded merchandise.
• Support ecommerce site marketing.
• Competitor & market research

For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer:

• A Level or equivalent in a business or marketing related subject
• 1-2 years experience in a marketing related role
• Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as SEM Rush, social media, social media management tools, Klaviyo and content management systems – however, training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic Salary – 24-26,000 pro-rata
