Position: Marketing and Customer Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.

• Manage customer service operations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and promote service offerings.

• Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and customer service.

• Prior experience in an audit or consulting firm is highly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.

Position: Assistant Managers (Marketing and Customer Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in executing marketing campaigns and customer service initiatives.

• Assist in managing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
