Roles & Responsibilities
The E-Learning Content Creator is responsible for designing and developing interactive and engaging e-learning content specifically tailored for the real estate industry. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, utilizing the latest e-learning tools and AI technology, and leveraging a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to create effective online training materials. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, multimedia development, learning management systems (LMS), and adult learning principles.
· Design and develop industry-specific e-learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and applicable to adult learners.
· Create interactive and engaging multimedia elements, including videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations.
· Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, and Video editing software to develop high-quality e-learning modules.
· Incorporate micro learning principles to create bite-sized, targeted learning modules for quick knowledge acquisition.
· Leverage AI tools and technologies, to enhance the interactivity and personalization of e-learning content.
· Create visually appealing doodles, info graphics, and animated eLearning content to explain complex real estate concepts and processes.
· Ensure that e-learning content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible across different devices and platforms, keeping the real estate context in mind.
· Collaborate with LXP/LMS team to upload and deploy e-learning modules.
Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing e-learning content based on feedback, evaluation data, industry changes, and emerging AI capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HR/MBA is preferred.
- Certified Instructional Designer /Digital learning would be added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, with the ability to tailor them to the real estate context.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) commonly used in the real estate industry.
- Experience in creating micro learning content, utilizing AI tools and technologies for e-learning enhancement.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to create graphics and illustrations
- Proficiency in creating doodles, info graphics, and animated eLearning content to effectively communicate real estate concepts.
- Experience with gamification techniques and interactive learning strategies
- Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing e-learning modules specific to real estate.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and real estate professionals.
