We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Executive to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistical operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products and materials in the UAE-Abu Dhabi region.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and manage the transportation and delivery of materials and products to various locations within the UAE-Abu Dhabi region.
– Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
– Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and handle any issues or delays that may arise.
– Maintain accurate records of inventory, transportation, and delivery activities.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for transportation and logistics operations.
– Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs while maintaining high levels of service quality.
– Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate logistics activities and resolve any operational issues.

– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in logistics coordination or management within the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the UAE-Abu Dhabi region.
– Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations, including customs regulations, import/export procedures, and freight forwarding.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
– Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools to track shipments, analyze data, and optimize operations.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve logistical issues and ensure timely deliveries.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in logistical activities.
