Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Fidelity National Financial. This is a remote part-time position in Dubai, Dubai, AE, open to individuals at the entry level with 0 years of experience. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:

– Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
– Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy
– Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner
– Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
– Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
