Lettings Negotiator – Leicester
Salary: £24,000 per annum, OTE £27,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire lettings process, from property listings to tenant move-ins
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting property viewings and securing rental agreements
• Providing top-notch customer service and support
• Assisting with marketing properties and handling administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the property sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
