Knowledge Management Coordinator (f/m/d).

Targeted knowledge management. As Knowledge Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, processing, checking, storage and provision of knowledge for project inquiries. Your main duties will include the execution of analyses, putting together benchmark data, creating and adapting presentations, and maintaining a database systems for documents and suppliers, as well as helping to optimize internal standards and processes for sharing knowledge. You will coordinate and be the driving force behind the processes for the continuous development of our knowledge base. For example, you will assist our Competence Centers with the planning and implementation of knowledge development.

Project-related work. As a key interface with the core business, you will work closely with our consultants in the area of knowledge management. Thanks to our diverse customer portfolio both at home and abroad, you will gain wide-ranging insights into procurement and supply chain management for a whole variety of industries and customers: from start-ups to retail and consumer goods, the energy and automotive industries, right through to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

Independent thinking. You will identify potential for improving our knowledge management, determine any actions required as a result, and support the ongoing development of our processes. You will take part in a team training for INVERTO consultants at our national and international locations to use our knowledge tools.

Individual development. As our company continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to broaden your perspective and explore new ways of supporting our consultancy projects. In doing so, you will work with a high degree of autonomy from the outset, enabling you to develop both personally and professionally.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.

You have completed a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with good grades.

You also have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Analytical thinking, flexibility, a target-driven approach, autonomous thinking and a structured, meticulous way of working should come as second nature to you.

You should enjoy working as part of a team, where a down-to-earth attitude will be just as important to you as genuine team spirit and mutual support.

To round it all off, you will have a confident manner when working in an international environment, where you will also be able to demonstrate excellent business communication skills in English.
