What you’ll be doing
– Managing a team of IT support technicians
– Identifying opportunities for improvement, both technical and with processes
– Providing support for our customers (Microsoft) and our Yo colleagues (Google)
– Ensuring systems are secure and updated
– Working through tickets on our Salesforce CRM system
– Answering inbound support calls
– Resolving Windows 7/10/11 and Mac OS software issues
– Resolving issues with connected devices, printers, scanners etc
– Monitoring customers network and backup using the RMM
– Maintaining networks (troubleshooting)
– Providing excellent customer service
– Supporting and developing the IT support team
– Working to SLA’s
Are you the person we are looking for?
– Fluent English – Verbal and written
– 3+ years experience in IT management is essential
– Experience in leading an in house service desk team
– Great communicator and the ability to provide excellent customer service
– Experience working with UK businesses is beneficial
– Confident in Windows operating systems; Windows 7,8,10,11 Windows Server 2003-2019 and Mac OS Big Sur/ Montreal
– Experience with networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP etc)
– Office 365, Sharepoint and OneDrive Experience
– Local and Cloud Backup solutions
– Experienced in Google applications
– Building and maintaining servers
– Persistence to overcome challenges
– A driven, determined and professional attitude to work
