Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export sales targets.
- Identify and target potential international markets for export sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with international clients.
- Coordinate and manage export logistics, including shipping and customs documentation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and legal requirements.
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve sales objectives.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales profile.
- Proven track record in export sales, preferably in the same industry.
- Experience in managing international distributors and agents.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Fluency in English and preferably in other languages relevant to target markets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
