Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential international markets for export sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international customers and distributors.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with international clients.
  • Coordinate and manage export logistics, including shipping and customs documentation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and legal requirements.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to achieve sales objectives.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales profile.
  • Proven track record in export sales, preferably in the same industry.
  • Experience in managing international distributors and agents.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Fluency in English and preferably in other languages relevant to target markets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
