A leading Product company with offices in North London are currently searching for a Digital Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The role will require strong leadership and team management skills as you will lead an a team of experienced professionals.

You should have proven experience as a Digital Operations Manager, IT Manager, Support Manager or similar role.

Other Qualities And Experiences Should Include

• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, application support, and digital operations.
• Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring successful delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
• Relevant certifications (eg, PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are advantageous.
• This is a Hybrid role, with the successful person required to work from the office 3 days per week*
