Job Description

The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess HVAC system performance and identify issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including equipment servicing and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance departments to optimize system efficiency.
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or relevant trade qualifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Previous experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Leadership and management skills.
