Job Overview:

Jovera Group is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR experience and must be fluent in Arabic and English. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. Your ability to communicate effectively in Arabic will be essential in liaising with employees, governmental authorities, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring candidates meet job requirements.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Communicate company policies and procedures effectively in both Arabic and English.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Performance Management:
• Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and providing necessary documentation.
• Help identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of HR experience is mandatory.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Requirements:

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
