Job description

We are looking experienced HSE Officer. Minimum 2-3 years of experience required for this job.

UAE Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree: A degree in health and safety or environmental-related discipline is required.
• NEBOSH Certification: Certified for NEBOSH International General Certificate, demonstrating proficiency in health and safety management.
• Existing visa designation as HSE/Engineer (Preferred).
• Trakhees registered is a plus.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental management.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HSE officer, preferably in the construction field, with a track record of implementing HSE protocols and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance safety and environmental performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into business operations, projects, and new initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
