Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees within the group on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Timely Full and Final settlement and exit process
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a group company or a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Good to have knowledge of People Strong and Comp Modules
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
