Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary resources and support.
Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring the return of company property, and completing necessary documentation.
HR Administration:
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate data on attendance, leave, and other employee benefits.
Experience in handling payroll and benefits administration.
Employee Grievance Management:
Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Mediate conflicts and disputes between employees or between employees and management.
Maintain records of grievances and resolutions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
Employee Relations:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees across all levels of the organization.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Implement and manage employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
Labor Law Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated with any changes in UAE labor laws and advise management on necessary adjustments.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with legal and company guidelines.
Visa Processing:
Manage the entire visa application and renewal process for employees, including coordination with relevant authorities.
Ensure all employee documentation is in order and up-to-date for visa processing.
Liaise with PRO (Public Relations Officer) and government bodies to ensure smooth visa and labor card processing.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Work with department heads to ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
Support career development initiatives in line with company goals.
Interpersonal Skills:
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Timeliness:
Adhere to and enforce HR-related timelines, including recruitment, performance reviews, and compliance deadlines.
Ensure all HR activities are completed within set timelines, providing timely reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field such as CIPD or SHRM.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in managing HR operations in a multicultural environment.
