Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic female fitness sales manager to join a ladies-only gym based in Ajman.

The package:

– tax-free monthly salary up to AED 8 000 (approximately US$ 2 180)
– up to 6% commission depending on acheivements
– annual bonus

– paid flights after 2 year contract is completed

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

– Sales / management Qualification
– minimum 5 years experience in Fitness Sales
– ability to lead a sales team
– skilled in using fitness software, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
– English & Arabic speaking
– friendly, confident and outgoing personality
– self-motivated, organised, excellent time management & communication skills
– powerful persuasion skills
– recruitment skills
– financial & general numeracy skills
– public speaking skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Setting sales goals
2. Create sales plan to achieve defined targets
3. Provide team training
4. Motivate sales team
5. Recruiting and hiring
6. Align sales with daily operations of the gym
7. Build costumer relationship and understand costumer needs
8. Customer service management
9. Set up daily/weekly/monthly goals
10. Feedback and action plan on sales team
11. Reports to be shared with club manager
12. Calculating and reporting sales team commissions
13. Stakeholders communication
