What the role is all about…

Three UK has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Region to join our Retail Senior Leadership Team

Reporting directly to the Head of Retail you will be ultimately responsible for the retail operations for our most commercially critical region – London.

In this role you will lead and inspire a team of Area Managers to deliver against our retail strategy (operations, team, customer and sales) to deliver commercial success and strong employee engagement.

You’ll be a highly motivated and visible presence within your region to maximise employee engagement, ensuring they are clear on our purpose and the part they play in achieving our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong of understanding of the retail landscape of London within a comparable organisation. You will have extensive direct and indirect people leadership experience, with the ability to turn engagement into commercial results. You will be able to build successful and meaningful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across the business. Critically, you will have a passion for retail and people development.

What you’ll be doing…

• Providing strong leadership to the Region through being visible by promoting a positive culture and bringing the Three brand to life.
• Inspiring a high performing team to be focused and motivated to achieve objectives.
• Delivering KPIs through the management of your region, inspiring you direct and indirect reports to achieve sales results.

Qualifications

What you’ll ideally bring…

• Extensive experience of the commercial opportunities and challenges within London.
• Extensive leadership experience within a high volume, high footfall environment across multiple commercial sites.
• Extensive experience of leading a regional team and a large number of indirect reports ensuring clear direction and timely communications.
• The ability to drive the delivery of KPIs, budgets, customer and employee experience resulting in commercial success.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
