About You

As the Head of Content, you will oversee the content strategy implementation and initiatives across multiple platforms, particularly focusing on the user-facing content. You must be an expert in content production, analytics, and meaningful measurement. This position requires collaboration with the marketing and web development departments to ensure the highest quality content.

In This Role, You Will:

• Establish and oversee the daily operations of the content team (approx. 15 people).
• Ensure all content is consistent in terms of in-house style and quality.
• Build workflows for requesting, creating, and editing content.
• Stay current on industry developments and generate new ideas to attract and engage our audience.
• Develop standards and content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
• Collect data, handle analytics, and make recommendations based on results.
• Communicate with executives and the content team in cross-functional meetings, highlighting operational plans.
• Collaboratively design and develop site content, design, and layout alongside design and marketing teams.
• Lead a team to generate and publish engaging, mature-related content.

You Will Need:

• Ability to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve company goals.
• Ability to create fresh and appealing content ideas that uphold the company’s brand.
• Strong leadership skills to define and manage a set of goals.
• Familiarity with marketing and data analysis.
• Project management skills.
