Job description
Contribute to business strategy inline with the organisation’s vision, mission, and overallstrategy
Ensure that the strategy is translatedinto annual operational business plans and KPIs for Growth and thatperformance is monitored and reported so that any necessary actionsare taken in a timely manner.
Manage staff andteams by overseeing performance management, recruitment, training,and development to ensure high engagement and competence levels anda motivated work environment
Ensure appropriatesuccession plans are in place for key positions within theteam
Contribute to change management throughyour team by providing input for and participating in changeinitiatives, programs, and projects, considering internationalleading practices, changes in international standards, and changesin the business environment that demand proactive actionplans
Lead strategies for attracting companiesto the brand, which will help meet the overall business developmentand leasing strategy and objectives
Liaise withthe wider stakeholder landscape of Abu Dhabi government andsemi-government entities promoting economic development in Abu Dhabi Provide direction for businessdevelopment, marketing and corporate communication for theorganisation in the areas of strategic commercial real estate,leasing, JVs, Build to Suite developments, communications, brandpositioning, public relations, content development, mediarelations, internal communications, digital communications,campaign development events, and sponsorships in support of theoverall corporate strategy and in line with shareholdersrequirements.
Ensure strict monitoring of theorganisation’s operational carbon footprint, energy demand,residential water demand, waste management, and othersustainability metrics and oversee/facilitate continual improvementefforts
Ensure that development providesquality of life for tenants and has the lowest possibleenvironmental footprint
Manage externalconsultants and partners to execute all relevant activities thatrequire external support effectively
Maximizevalue for the organisation by minimizing external costs andenabling knowledge transfer
Continually engageand exchange knowledge/views in the industry to maintain an upto-date view of the market.
As and whenrequired by the CEO, personally manage keyrelationships/negotiations with relevant internal and externalstakeholders at senior levels to ensure the negotiation andagreement of favorable deals and agreements that safeguard thecompanys best interests while ensuring the delivery of necessaryneeds/goals
Represent all aspects of Growthwithin senior management discussions at strategic and operationallevels.
