Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: Total Base Pay Range: 165,000- 247,000 USD Annual Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance
Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for the global business portfolios that you support, you will be responsible for establishing the talent acquisition strategy, translating business needs, and addressing escalations between TA Delivery and Talent Management
You’ll collaborate closely with Senior People Business Partners and Portfolio Business Leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives

Strategic Partnership Talent Acquisition Portfolio Leadership: Partner with Senior People Business Partners (SPBPs), Talent Business Partners and Portfolio Business Leaders to develop global talent acquisition strategies in support of the business’ goals Talent Acquisition Leadership: As the primary point of contact to these business portfolios, partner with other Talent Acquisition Leadership Team members (Early Career, Internal Mobility, Operations and Delivery) to express needs and ensure effective execution against these needs and priorities
Stakeholder Engagement Regular Collaboration: Establish and maintain regular touchpoints with People Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Talent Management to review progress, gather feedback, and plan future actions
Meeting Management: Lead and participate in monthly and bi-weekly meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on TA objectives
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with regional leaders, facilitating open communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes
Data-Driven Strategy Reporting & Analytics: Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, guide decision-making and continuous improvement
Strategic Adjustments: Monitor and adapt strategies based on data insights, working closely with regional leads to ensure targets are met
Quarterly Business Reviews: Collaborate with Talent Management & TA Operations to prepare and present quarterly business reviews, tailoring communication to different levels of the organization and in partnership with the Regional TA Leads
