Requirements:

Proven experience in sales within Abu Dhabi, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong network and client base in Abu Dhabi.

Compensation:

Monthly Retainer: AED 1,000 – AED 2,000.

Commission:

Events and Parties: 10% commission on the total sales value.

Long-Term Mess Contracts: 12% commission on contracts up to AED 50,000; 15% on contracts above AED 50,000.

Performance Bonuses: AED 1,000 for securing any single contract over AED 100,000 and AED 500 for achieving monthly sales targets over AED 20,000.

Performance Penalty: If the monthly minimum sales target of AED 10,000 is not met, the retainer for the following month is reduced by 50%.
