Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights into key performance indicators and trends.
• Produce regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting financial performance and offering actionable recommendations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Oversee the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and goals.
• Develop robust forecasting models to provide accurate financial projections and variance analyses.
• Monitor budget performance against actual results, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate on fund allocation and utilization strategies, optimizing financial resources for maximum returns.
• Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives through comprehensive financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations on investment opportunities, risk management, and capital allocation.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Proven 5-10 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial management.
• Strong understanding of investment management and familiarity with sovereign wealth funds.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel & Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders & senior stakeholders.
