This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic fintech company which provides services for high net worth individuals. The company is looking to recruit an experienced and strategic Finance Manager who will manage financial operations and provide financial insights to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a START-UP environment.

Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will work REMOTELY.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain accurate and compliant accounting records across all related entities.
• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
• Manage and control payment processes and billing for all entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and transactions.
• Optimize cash flow management and working capital.
• Develop and maintain P&L statements and liquidity plans, comparing actual results to budgeted plans.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the executive team, highlighting variances and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking against industry competitors.
• Review and evaluate financial models and pricing strategies, recommending improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial presentations for management and shareholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/BE:

• Fully qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience as a Finance Manager (preferred)
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
