Job Overview:

As an Area Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple Sides and Snowflake Gelato locations, ensuring that each store meets our high standards for quality, service, and profitability. You will drive performance, implement operational strategies, and help drive the implementation of our positive, fun and vibrant team and store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring Operational Excellence by implementing and maintaining our process strategy.

· Team Leadership: Collaborate with Senior Managers to create a fun work atmosphere while upholding high standards. Mentor, motivate, and develop your team through coaching, leading by example.

· Business Accountability: Champion day-to-day restaurant operations to achieve all store KPI targets.

· Customer Engagement: Elevate the dining experience and strive for the best customer experience.

· Leadership Team: Work closely with the leadership team to drive strategy

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multiunit/multi-brand operations management, preferably within the QSR or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
• Strong IT and analytical skills
