Job description

– Manage and oversee daily operations across various functions, including finance, legal, and compliance.
– Ensure that all activities are aligned with the firm’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
– Provide high-level business support to the Chairman and senior leadership team. This includes coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders such as banks, accounting firms, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth business operations.
– Work closely with accounting firms to manage financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
– Ensure that all financial activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
– Liaise with legal advisors and compliance officers to ensure that the firm adheres to all regulatory

requirements.

– Manage the documentation and filing of all legal and compliance-related matters.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks to manage the firm’s banking needs, including account management, transactions, and financing activities.
– Ensure that banking operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
– Develop and refine policies and procedures to support the firm’s growth and operational objectives.
– Lead and manage strategic projects that support the firm’s operational goals, including the introduction of new systems, technologies, and processes.
– Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
– Monitor and manage operational risks by working closely with the compliance and legal teams.
– Ensure that all potential risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in a timely manner.
– Provide regular updates and reports to the Chairman and senior leadership on the status of operations, including financial performance, compliance issues, and ongoing projects.

– 3+ years experience in UAE ideally in Office Management, Administration or Executive Assistant Role
– Able to work full time in Abu Dhabi
– Experience in Financial Markets, Private Banking, Investment Management or UHNWI Assistance
