Roles & Responsibilities

Concierge Services:

Manage the daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and international/local travel arrangements.
Coordinate and oversee both international and local travel, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
Arrange and oversee events, dinners, and other engagements, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Private Butler Services:

Maintain an impeccable standard of service, attending to personal needs with the utmost discretion.
Oversee the residences, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with preferred amenities.
Supervise and coordinate household staff, ensuring a harmonious and efficient working environment.
Personal Shopping:

Conduct extensive research to identify and source exclusive, high-quality products and services.
Manage the wardrobe, including selecting and coordinating outfits for various occasions.
Handle purchases, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless shopping experience along with family members requests.
Assist in securing exclusive brand products, items, and have good contacts with major luxury brands upper management decision makers for future meetings and potential collaborations.
VIP Meet and Greets:

Organize and facilitate VIP meet and greet experiences, ensuring a welcoming and memorable encounter for distinguished guests and dignitaries.
Coordinate with event organizers and security teams to guarantee smooth execution of VIP interactions.
Implement personalized touches to enhance the overall experience and leave a lasting impression.
Guest Visitor Arrangements:

Manage arrangements for official and personal guests, overseeing their international and local accommodation, transportation, and any special requirements.
Liaise with security personnel to ensure the safety and confidentiality of guests during their visit.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Entertainment Coordination:

Curate a diverse range of entertainment options for international and local events, private gatherings, and leisure activities.
Collaborate with renowned performers, chefs, and event planners to create memorable experiences.
Stay informed about cultural and social events to provide recommendations for leisure and entertainment.
Hotel, Food, and Beverage Arrangements:

Coordinate international and local hotel reservations, ensuring that accommodations meet the standards for comfort, security, and discretion.
Oversee the selection and arrangement of meals, including special dietary preferences, in collaboration with hotel staff or external catering services.
Ensure that his personal tastes and dietary restrictions are communicated effectively to culinary teams.
Travel Bookings and Logistics:

Handle all aspects of international and local travel logistics, including booking private transportation, chartering flights, and coordinating airport arrangements.
Collaborate with aviation services to ensure seamless international and local travel experiences, considering safety, efficiency, and privacy.
Stay updated on international and local travel regulations and restrictions to facilitate smooth travel.
Additional Requirements:

Be available on standby and on call 24/7 to address any urgent requests or unforeseen circumstances.
Manage last-minute arrangements efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to unforeseen change
