Based at Hillside Farm, Bishop Sutton, BS39 5XR

Working 5pm-11pm

Various Shift Patterns available:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Alternate Friday or Sunday (24 hours per week)

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (18 hours minimum)

You will be confident dealing with customers over the phone, via web chat and responding to e-mails. You will thrive under pressure and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Product knowledge is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training and you will have support from the Customer Excellence team as well as the wider Arthur David family.

The ideal person will have working knowledge of IT programmes such as Microsoft packages and have proficient keyboard skills.

You will need to be able to get to Bishop Sutton without relying on public transport.
