EA/Office Manager to CEO (Abu Dhabi)

We have partnered with a boutique European Management consultancy headquartered in ADGM who are currently looking to hire an EA /Office Manager to support their CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee daily operations across various functions, including finance, legal, and compliance. Ensure that all activities are aligned with the firm’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

– Provide high-level business support to the Chairman and senior leadership team. This includes coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders such as banks, accounting firms, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth business operations.

– Work closely with accounting firms to manage financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure that all financial activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

– Liaise with legal advisors and compliance officers to ensure that the firm adheres to all regulatory requirements. Manage the documentation and filing of all legal and compliance-related matters.

– Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks to manage the firm’s banking needs, including account management, transactions, and financing activities. Ensure that banking operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.

– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and refine policies and procedures to support the firm’s growth and operational objectives.

– Lead and manage strategic projects that support the firm’s operational goals, including the introduction of new systems, technologies, and processes. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

– Monitor and manage operational risks by working closely with the compliance and legal teams. Ensure that all potential risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in a timely manner.

– Provide regular updates and reports to the Chairman and senior leadership on the status of operations, including financial performance, compliance issues, and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication
5 years + working as an Executive Assistant at C level
Must be currently based in the UAE
Must have some basic bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Professional services experience in preferred (Consultancy, Financial services, legal)

Candidates who speak fluently any of the following languages would be preferred:
French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Hungarian.

Salary AED 20,000-27,000 per month
