We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations of our online shops. As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll oversee our company’s E-commerce operations across the Native Instruments and iZotope websites and make sure that the entire online sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a part-time role.

What You’ll Do

• The accurate product metadata is your main responsibility
• You will set-up product numbers, configure products and manage the product data in our ERP and ecommerce systems
• It is your duty to manage B2C prices, price rules and updates for the Native Instruments Group and partner products in our webshops
• You will ensure that for all our limited time offers, campaign price rules and vouchers are created and tested
• You manage, plan, launch and maintain our voucher set-up alongside multiple business models
• You coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team to ensure stock availability of our hardware products
• You work closely with Customer Service teams to solve issues with orders
• You coordinate with our web development and IT teams to implement new features and streamline processes
• You collaborate with the campaign management teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns
• You implement efficient processes to ensure timely and accurate product and campaign launches

What You’ll Need

• You bring professional working experience in the field ecommerce operations management, ecommerce platforms, technologies, and industry best practices
• You bring experience working in ecommerce systems like Magento, and ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite
• You have a very structured and precise work ethos, with attention to detail
• You have experience in data-driven decision making
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills
• You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset
• You are able to prioritize tasks effectively
• English language fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for music and some knowledge of music production tools would be a plus
