As we expand our fleet, we are seeking qualified and experienced Drivers with their own Car/Passenger Mini Van (5-8 Seater) to join our team. Applicants must possess a valid UAE residential visa, work permit, Emirates ID, valid driving license, and maintain their vehicle in good mechanical condition.

Job Description:

As a Driver with your Own Car/Passenger Mini Van, you will be responsible for providing transportation services to our clients in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Transportation Services: Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their destinations, following predetermined routes and schedules.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting them with boarding, luggage, and any other needs during the journey.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that your vehicle is in good mechanical condition at all times, conducting regular inspections, and arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate pick-up and drop-off locations and address any issues or concerns.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities, and submit reports as required by the company.

Professionalism: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE residential visa, work permit, and Emirates ID.
• Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
• Owns a Car/Passenger Mini Van with seating capacity of 5-8 passengers in good mechanical condition.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle various situations with professionalism and tact.
