Job description

Providetechnical support for desktop computers applications and relatedtechnology.

Assist withinstallation configuration and maintenance of computer hardware andsoftware.

Troubleshoot and resolvehardware and software issues in a timelymanner.

Support users with ITrelatedproblems both remotely andonsite.

Maintain accurate records ofissues and resolutions using our ticketingsystem.

Requirements Strongknowledge of Windows and Mac operatingsystems.

Experience with hardwareand softwaretroubleshooting.

Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.

Good communication skillsand a customerfocusedattitude.

Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
