Our thriving dental practice is seeking an organized, dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our high-energy team. Our clinic, conveniently located with access to public transit, houses 5 operatories and 3 dentists, serving approximately 3,000 patients annually.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Dental Receptionist in Canada
• Experience as a Recall Coordinator in Canada
• Post-Secondary Degree or Certificate
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Exceptional Technology Skills
• Proficiency in navigating insurance, as we are an assignment office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

About the Role:

The successful candidate will serve to manage the front desk while also being the primary manager of the Hygienists’ schedules, ensuring optimal productivity. This is a full-time role, with schedule flexibility, although requiring some evening shifts and 1-2 Saturdays per month are necessary.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
