Job Description:

Liberty Interactive is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level team member with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
5. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes.
8. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
2. Resourceful and resilient personality traits.
3. Strong cooperation and attention to detail soft skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
