Job Description:
Jarden is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide solutions to customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in the customer support process.
7. Manage difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong people management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
