Customer Success Manager AI

Paris – Hybrid Or Remote UK, Traveling to Paris every fortnight

€80,000 – €110,000 – Shares(negotiable), Relocation Package Available, Flexible & Remote Working Options

Exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly growing and innovative GenAI Startup in Paris.

This trailblazer startup have developed a novel Generative AI engine, streamlining development with custom AI workflows. They have a range of generative products as well as training and collaboration tools for developers & technical artists.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the CEO to fine-tune their ML products to client specifications. You will be helping new customers with their queries and writing supporting documentation for product modifications.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in AI products, and deep understanding of Large Language Modelling. You will have experience in Fine-Tuning and with APIs.

Role Overview:

• Ideally based in Paris 1-2 x per week, can provide a relocation package if needed, or can work remotely commuting to Paris when needed from a neighbouring European country
• AI workflow optimisation for Technical Artists & software developers
• Experience in Large Language Modelling
• Image to Image and Image to Text Gen AI
• Fine-tuning: the process of taking a pretrained machine learning model and further training it on a smaller, targeted data set
• 3 stages of interview via teams
